To make this homemade cleaning spray, pack a quart-sized Mason jar with citrus peel, cover it with vinegar, and let it sit for two weeks in a sunny window. Combine 1/2 cup of citrus-infused vinegar — sans peels — with 1 cup water and a teaspoon of castile soap. Shake the mixture before use.
- Vinegar and Water. For the vinegar and water solution, a 1:1 ratio. As expected, the mixture smelled like vinegar. Easy to mix and use, however, and affordable, too.
